Yoga is much more than moving our bodies on a mat. Monica will lead a four week foundations course to explore the basics of Yoga. Come together to learn what yoga is really all about and gain confidence in your own practice.
We will focus on:
alignment and modifications of familiar yoga postures
breaking down what the breath is all about, plus how and when to use it
what our thinking minds do, and how to gain back control
A broader understanding of yoga, and discussion of the eight limbed path
And how to take this yoga stuff off the mat and into your everyday life
