Join Amy Biondo in an evening of kirtan, a practice of sacred call and response from the Indian yoga tradition. Through singing sacred Sanskrit mantras accompanied by the harmonium (a beautiful traditional Indian instrument), we will drop into our own wisdom and compassion, build community with each other, and connect with the energy of the Divine in a deeply personal and immediate way. Kirtan is both accessible and fun, generating feelings of peace, openness, love, and joy that we can carry out into the world with us. No prior chanting, singing, or yoga experience necessary; all voices are welcome!
Amy Biondo trained in Kirtan leading through the Kirtan Training Institute and has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for over 20 years.
