During this four week course, we will learn alignment and modifications of familiar yoga postures, how to use our breath as a tool, what our thinking minds do, and how to gain back control. We will end with a culminating lesson of gratitude. Most importantly, we will learn how to take this yoga stuff off the mat and into your everyday life. When we practice and explore the connections between our body, mind, and hearts we nourish our own inner-fulfillment. (think: calm, happy, peaceful).
